JAM Sessions

Journaling. Affirmations. Mindfulness.

As a therapist, I can only see but so many clients before experiencing burn out and not showing up as my best for my clients. Yet there is still such a huge need for people to learn tools to help them manage their emotions and stressors. Which is how JAM Sessions were born! While Therapy is my JAM, I know it's not for everybody. Some people can't afford it, some people don't trust it, and some are just not interested and prefer physical movement to heal through traumas; which is what led me to become interested in getting my 200 hour yoga certification. Once I became a certified yoga instructor, I wanted to provide wellness workshops to the community that practical tools to help them take care of themselves, such as journaling, affirmations and mindfulness. If you come jam with me, you will receive a blank journal, an affirmation jar + post-its, and mindfulness candles. 

As well as learn breathing techniques, be surrounded by community and experience a curated playlist based on the theme.
